Jay now represents a number of major business, banking, estate and investment administration clients. Since 1985, Jay has also provided legal counsel and services to the Idaho State Insurance Fund as a Special Deputy Attorney General.

Jay earned the respect and recognition of his peers early on. At age 35 he was elected President of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association, a 600+ member organization. Jay believes that complete, investigative preparation that’s brought about by hard work, updated legal research, and a strong ethical advocacy will ensure the best result of justice for his client.
