Don is the most recent addition to
the law firm. He received his undergraduate degree from Idaho State University
with
high honors. He received his Juris Doctors’ degree from the University
of Utah.
After successful careers in the business world as a sole proprietor

an executive with two Fortune 500 companies, he is now putting that experience
to work as a general practice lawyer.
As a general practitioner he handles civil cases in a variety of areas
including family law, personal injury, contracts, property, water law,
will and probates, construction law, partnerships, corporations, and
general business matters. As a former Deputy Prosecutor he is well suited
to litigate felony and misdemeanor criminal defense matters. He is a
member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of
Trial Lawyers of America.
He is a native of Idaho and believes in contributing back to its citizens.
He is a CASA volunteer lawyer. He sits on the Bannock County Community

started in Bannock County.
Don’s experience, coupled with the expertise
of the firm members, postures him to be a good choice to handle your
specific legal matters.
